Camping with Sadie

Joey and I decided that if we start using Sadie now for our excuse to stay home instead of going out to play, it's just going to get harder to make it a priority as she gets older. Two months is old enough for us! So we made a last-minute trip down south for a night of camping in the Nephi wilderness (with the convenience of a 30-year-old motor home) for Sadie's very first camping adventure. We think it was pretty successful, though I'm not in a hurry to take her again any time soon. This mom needs her sleep, and I spent half the night worried that she might be too cold. But she sure was cute!

I actually shared the bed with Joey, not a dog and a baby.

This was Sadie's bed until Pia decided to take a nap in it.

My wide-eyed beauty is a morning person.

Sometimes I just want to pinch her chubby cheeks!

She loves her dad.

It's hunting season, so at least I didn't have to worry about my head.

The dogs had a lot of fun, too.
